Our club needs motivated, passionate, welcoming individuals who are just as enthusiastic about preserving our working breeds as we are. This group is to showcase, represent, highlight all the amazing and unique traits that our dogs encompass. Every working breed is different in its own way which brings a beautifully diverse membership together. I herewith apply for membership in the Great Lakes Working Group Dog Association.
I am in good standing with the American Kennel Club. I agree to abide by the GLWGDA Constitution, Bylaws, and the rules of the American Kennel Club.
I shall endeavor to protect and advance the interest of Working Breeds. I will act in a sportsmanlike manner at dog shows and other sanctioned events.
Conduct considered prejudicial to the best interest of the GLWGDA or violation of the terms and conditions of this application can or will result in disciplinary action in accordance with the Association’s Constitution and Bylaws, Article VI.
The Great Lakes Working Group Dog Association is a private club and has the right to accept or reject a membership at its discretion with or without cause.
I agree to hold the Great Lakes Working Group Dog Association, its officers and directs harmless from any and all claims resulting from such disciplinary actions providing that their actions are in accordance with the Club’s Constitution and Bylaws.
The GLWGDA does not share its membership list or give its permission for its list to be used by anyone, except for the express purpose of communicating GLWDGA events, GLWDGA information with the membership and per the AKC Event Operations Department’s policy.
